William Howard Taft

On September 15th, 1857, William Howard Taft was born in Cincinnati, Ohio. He served as the 27th U.S. President from 1909-1913, then became a law professor at Yale University until his appointment as Chief Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court in 1921. #ThisDayInHistory
