Vice President of Project Management – Andy has over 25 years of experience in developing infrastructure projects throughout the United States. He has managed facilities from project kickoff to successful commercial operation. His experience involves a variety of technologies and plant sizes ranging from small, retail co-generation plants to major utility power generation facilities. His technical knowledge includes the means to select equipment, its operational flexibility and the relative benefits of competing technologies. He has negotiated numerous offtake agreements and interconnects. Having successfully managed projects through environmental approval he is very familiar with the regulations and protocols involved. He has taken several projects through bank and public financing. He is experienced with public presentations, dealing with the media and providing advice on policy to legislators, commissioners, and their staff members.
