Linda Duncan is UK Director for OTE Corporation. She is an established Board Member and Advisor and an accomplished Finance and Audit professional working in the UK, Europe, and the US. Linda has 30 years of experience with a successful career as a Partner and Director at KPMG and PwC and more recently as an international entrepreneur.
Linda went to school in northern Scotland and received an Accountancy degree from Napier University, Edinburgh. She went on to qualify with the Chartered Institute of Public Finance & Accountancy, and led audit and value-for-money exercises in UK central and local government for over 25 years. She is a recognized international expert in Corporate Governance and Risk Management, working with large, complex organizations across public and private sectors.
Linda co-founded Blue Star Consortium, a US-based consultancy that delivers specialized consulting services to international entrepreneurs, in 2007.
She is based in London and is currently a Trustee and Board Member of the Quality Assurance Agency for Higher Education and is the recent past Chair of the Joint Audit Panel for the Metropolitan Police Service and the Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime in London. Linda previously served as a co-opted Member on the Corporate Governance Committee of the Metropolitan Police Authority.
