Jacob A. Wolff

Program Manager- Jacob has nearly a decade of experience in ocean engineering and public and private construction experience. He is a 2018 graduate of the United States Naval Academy with a Bachelor of Science in Ocean Engineering. He also had the opportunity to study at Nanyang Technological University in the world-renowned Civil and Environmental Engineering Program. While at Annapolis, Jacob and his team designed a 35MW Offshore Wind Farm to provide 20% of the base power to Myrtle Beach, SC, and was awarded “Best Design” by the Department.

Jacob commissioned as a Civil Engineer Corps (CEC) in the US Navy. He was stationed at Naval Station Norfolk and managed over $500 million worth of USG/DOD infrastructure and capital. Jacob then attended Naval Diving and Salvage Training Center and became a qualified Diving Officer. He was then selected as Officer-in-Charge of Underwater Construction Team ONE. His accomplishments included two deployments to six different countries across three continents. Most notably, Jacob was hand-selected to construct and manage a refugee camp at NAVSTA Rota for the receipt, care, and processing of displaced persons during OPERATIONS ALLIES REFUGE. Within 48 hours, a 5,500-person camp was created, which saw the flow of over 10,000 non-combatants over a 60-day period.

Recently, Jacob was a Project Manager for a commercial construction firm in Lincoln, NE, where he was the lead PM for the construction of the country’s largest welding training center. Jacob was successful in the completion of the project, which was completed two months ahead of schedule and returned over $1M back to the Owner.
