PROJECT 1: KWAJALEIN (FLAGSHIP)
Location: U.S. Army Garrison – Kwajalein Atoll, Republic of the Marshall Islands
Overview:
Development of an Ocean Thermal Energy Conversion system designed to deliver baseload renewable power and desalinated water to a critical U.S. military installation.
Key Metrics:
- Target Capacity: ~10–15 MW (scalable modular design)
- Water Production: 150,000–250,000+ gallons/day
- Structure: Long-term Power Purchase Agreement (PPA)
- Status: Engineering & financial analysis phase

- Reduces reliance on imported diesel

PROJECT 2: EBEYE EXTENSION
Location: Ebeye Island Energy & Water Expansion
Overview:
Extension of the Kwajalein OTEC system to provide power and water to Ebeye Island.

- Secondary offtake structure
- Humanitarian + economic development impact
- Improves overall project economics

Transforms a single-site project into a regional infrastructure platform
