INDO-PACIFIC STRATEGY

Where Energy Security, Water, and Demand Converge

The Indo-Pacific is the epicenter of global energy demand, water scarcity, and geopolitical focus. It is also the single most attractive region in the world for the deployment of Ocean Thermal Energy Conversion (OTEC).

OTE Corp is actively positioning itself to lead this market.

Defense Anchor. Global Expansion.

Our strategy begins with the U.S. military.

We have completed engineering and financial analysis for an OTEC system at U.S. Army Garrison Kwajalein Atoll, designed to deliver continuous power and desalinated water under a long-term Power Purchase Agreement.

This is not a one-off project. It is a repeatable deployment model for U.S. and allied installations across the Indo-Pacific.

Energy resilience is now a defense priority—and OTEC directly addresses it.

Active Government Pipeline

Building on this foundation, OTE Corp is engaged with governments and strategic stakeholders across the region.

Current engagements include: Ongoing inbound interest from island nations and coastal economies.

We have received invitations to meet with senior government and industry stakeholders to advance formal development pathways, including potential MoUs.

Why OTEC. Why Now.

The region faces a structural problem:

  • Imported diesel dependence
  • Rising energy and water costs
  • Increasing supply chain and climate risk

OTEC is the only solution that delivers:

  • 24/7 baseload renewable power
  • Utility-scale desalinated water
  • Long-term price stability

This is not incremental improvement. It is infrastructure replacement.

Scalable Platform, Not a Single Project

OTE Corp is building a multi-country deployment platform rather than pursuing isolated opportunities.

Our approach:

  • Standardized, modular system design
  • Long-term contracted revenues (power + water)
  • Government-aligned infrastructure development
  • Scalable manufacturing and deployment

With billions of people living in OTEC-viable regions, the addressable market is substantial and largely untapped.

At an Inflection Point

  • U.S. defense strategy is shifting toward Indo-Pacific resilience
  • Governments are actively seeking alternatives to imported fuels
  • Water scarcity is accelerating
  • OTEC is now commercially viable

OTE Corp sits directly at the intersection of these forces.

A Clear Path Forward

From a defense-led anchor project to a growing pipeline of international opportunities, we are advancing a new category of infrastructure across the Indo-Pacific.

Energy. Water. Resilience. At scale.
